The SKM1200MLI12TE4 is a half-bridge IGBT module in the SEMITRANS®10 series, designed for high-power applications up to 1.5MW with a 1200V DC bus and 1200A nominal output current. It features an isolated copper baseplate using DBC technology, integrated gate resistors, an integrated temperature sensor, and a low-stray-inductance bus bar design for balanced current sharing. The package supports symmetric paralleling with SKYPER Prime drivers, ensures stable switching across temperature ranges, and is rated for junction temperatures up to 200°C.
