The SKiM201MLI12E4 is a three-phase IGBT module with 1200 V blocking voltage and 200 A nominal current, designed for automotive and high-reliability AC inverter applications. It features IGBT 4 Trench Gate Technology, Al₂O₃ DCB insulation, and pressure contact thermal connections. The module has a case temperature limit of 125°C, a weight of 317 g, and uses a spring contact system for driver PCB attachment. IGBT and diode losses are optimized with positive temperature coefficients for V_CE(sat), and peak short-circuit current capability reaches 6× the nominal current.
