SK35GD126ET is a SEMITOP™ 3 IGBT module with an integrated NTC temperature sensor, designed for inverter applications. It features one screw mounting and direct copper bonded aluminium oxide ceramic (DCB) for heat transfer and electrical isolation. The module incorporates ultrafast NPT technology IGBT and CAL Technology freewheeling diodes. The device is electrostatic discharge sensitive, compliant with IEC 60747-1, Chapter IX.
