The PS106 industrial power supply is perfect for powering DIN rail mounted 48V industrial devices, including the POE-SWTC5 Power over Ethernet switch. The single output power supply accepts 85 – 264VAC input and outputs 48VDC at up to 75W (1.6A). The power supply is compatible with standard 35mm tophat-style DIN rail and can be mounted on 7.5mm or 15mm profiles. The PS106 has UL508 (industrial control equipment) and TUV EN60950-1 safety approvals. The power supply is fanless and operates over a wide -10° – +60°C temperature range.
For maximum reliability in industrial applications, the PS106 includes short circuit, overload, over voltage and over temperature protection. An overload condition occurs when the load exceeds 105 ~ 150% of the output power and recovers automatically after the fault condition is removed. An overvoltage condition results when the output voltage exceeds 58 ~ 65V. Reset the power supply once the overvoltage condition has been removed. The over temperature protection activates when the heat sink of the power transistor exceeds 85°C (+/-5°C) and automatically recovers when the temperature returns to normal operating range.
