The 4796 is a rewirable IEC C13 cord connector with screw-on mounting, rated 16 A / 250 VAC (IEC) and 20 A / 250 VAC (UL/CSA). The housing is black thermoplastic with UL 94V-0 rating. Pin temperature is 70 °C, and operating temperature ranges from -25 °C to 70 °C. It accepts 8 or 10 mm cables with 3 × 1.5 mm² (3 × 14 AWG) conductors. The connector complies with IEC 60320-1, UL 60320-1, CSA C22.2 No. 60320-1, and IEC 62368-1. Dielectric strength exceeds 2 kVAC between L-N and L/N-PE.
