The product is an IEC Appliance Inlet C14 with a line switch, designed for panel mounting. It is available in both screw-on and snap-in versions, accommodating panel thicknesses of up to 6 mm for screw mounting and 1.5 to 2.5 mm for snap-in mounting. The inlet is rated for 10 A at 250 VAC (IEC) and 15 A at 250 VAC (UL/CSA), with a dielectric strength exceeding 2.5 kVAC between L-N and 3 kVAC between L/N-PE. It operates within a temperature range of -25 ¬8C to 70 ¬8C and has an IP40 protection rating on the front side. The inlet features quick connect terminals measuring 4.8 x 0.8 mm and is suitable for appliances with protection class I. It includes a 2-pole line switch, which can be either non-illuminated or illuminated. The housing is made from thermoplastic material rated UL 94V-0. The product complies with various international standards, including IEC 60320-1 and UL 60320-1, and has received approvals from VDE, UL, and CCC.
