The DC-20 is a low-profile, modular automatic guided cart designed for universal material transport, capable of tunneling under carts and towing strings of vehicles with a standard capacity of 6,000 pounds. It features a 1.0 kW AC drive motor, single wheel steer/drive, and a 24-volt electrical system with two 12V, 137 Ah TPPL batteries supporting an 8-hour minimum operational cycle on a standard 20% duty cycle. Navigation uses a tape-free, target-free inertial sensor system with ±1 inch positioning accuracy. The unit has a steel frame, 8.25-inch diameter drive wheels, and failsafe electric braking. It operates via iQ-CAN™ control with WiFi or 900/450 MHz RF communication, and includes safety-rated laser sensors and automatic charging. Empty weight is 700 pounds.
