Savant Automation, Inc. Automatic Guided Cart DC-10

The DC-10 is a low-profile, modular automatic guided cart designed for tunneling under and transporting carts or loads up to 1,700 lbs. It features a 24-volt electrical system with a 0.13 kW permanent magnet drive motor, single wheel steer/drive, and fail-safe electric braking. Navigation is provided by a tape-free, target-free virtual path system using inertial sensing, with ±1 inch longitudinal and latitudinal positioning accuracy. The cart has a steel frame, 6-inch caster wheels, a 5.9-inch drive wheel, and an approximate empty weight of 350 lbs. It supports WiFi and 900 or 450 MHz RF communications, automatic charging, and integrates with safety-rated laser sensors and iQ-CAN™ control system. Turning radius is approximately 3 feet, and battery life is 8 hours minimum under standard duty cycles with two 12V, 89AH TPPL batteries. Maximum speed is 200 fpm with programmable speed ranges.
