In cooperation with the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures and the Institute for Process Measurement and Sensor Technology of the Technical University of Ilmenau, Sartorius has developed a mass comparator — the CCL1007 — that is capable of determining differences in mass to an accuracy of 0.1 μg for weights of 1 kg — even under high-vacuum conditions.
