Sartolon 0.2 µm sterilizing grade mini cartridges are designed for broadest chemical compatibility for specific applications in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Featuring a unique hydrophillic nylon membrane, Sartolon filter elements are ideally suited for sterilizing grade filtration of a broad range of solvents and liquids containing solvents. The Nylon membrane material provides a broad chemical compatibility especially for aggressive solvent solutions. The heterogeneous double layer construction 0.45 µm + 0.2 µm provides higher total throughputs than homogeneous double layer types due to the “build-in prefiltration”. Sartolon mini cartridges are designed, developed and manufactured in accordance with a ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System. Each individual element is tested for integrity by Diffusion- and Bubble-Point-Test prior to be released assuring absolute reliability and a Validation Guide is available for compliance with regulatory requirements. For linear scale-up and broadest process flexibility Sartolon filters are as well available as cartridges, Maxicaps and capsules.
