17005A---L--5301 WIT Trolley Easy to use – user friendly High process security – automatic test run High mobility – mounted on wheels High flexibility – suitable for all integrity test methods, e.g., bubble point, diffusion test etc. Sanitary design – easy to clean, pipe and water vessel can be steamed Data communication - via Sartocheck® 4 Network connection External pressure transducer technology WIT-Trolley System. The system is operated by the Sartocheck® 4 integrity tester on top of the trolley. The Trolley System includes the equipment needed for automatic water intrusion testing (WIT), e.g., pressure tank for the test water, pneumatically controlled valves, PLC. It is easy to move the system right to where the filters to be tested are located. Only the tubing for filling as well as the external pressure transducer need to be connected to the filter housing. Flexibility: Besides automatic WIT, the system can also be used for standard integrity testing of hydrophilic filters by the diffusion and bubble point test.. Gain flexibility and mobility. Increase process reliability. The Sartocheck® 4 accessory WIT-Trolley System completes the capability for integrity-testing of hydrophobic gas filters. All stages of the water intrusion test can now be performed fully automatically on air filters - on line. The operator simply connects the WIT-Trolley System to the filter system, inputs test parameters on the easy to use touchscreen of the Sartocheck® 4 and starts the test. The filling, testing, draining and drying (optional) is performed without further operator involvement and a detailed test result is saved in the Sartocheck® 4 result data base. With Sartorius Stedim Biotech External Transducer Technology the hydrophobic filters are accurately tested and reproducible results are ensured even during changes in environmental temperature. There is no interfering influence on the connection between WIT-Trolley System and the filter housing. No matter where the filter is located, due to the electronic cable the user is absolutely free. Simply connect the tubing with the valve battery and the EPS (external pressure sensor). High process reliability: The entire filter test procedure is performed completely automatically by the Trolley System as follows: The filter housing is filled with test water. The test is carried out according to the Water Intrusion Test Method. The tested housing is drained. Once the test has been completed and passed, the tubing and the external pressure transducer can be disconnected from the filter system. The tested filter system is now ready to use in production. Sanitary design: Ideal for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production, the internal pressure vessel and the piping for water are steam-sterilisable. Sartocheck® 4 features an external pressure transducer that is located on top of the housing. It uses this transducer to control the initial pressure accordingly to the value entered.
