The APS12625 is a 2D Hall-effect speed and direction sensor IC optimized for use with ring magnets in automotive and industrial applications. It features orthogonal planar and vertical Hall elements for quadrature-independent sensing, with output options for speed and direction signals. The device operates from 2.8 to 5.5 V, is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 for operation up to 175°C junction temperature, and includes output short-circuit protection.
