It operates from 3 to 24 V and supports junction temperatures from -40°C to 175°C, with built-in overvoltage clamping (40 V), reverse-battery protection, and ESD immunity. The APS12400LUAA-1H1A variant features a 3-pin SIP through-hole package, a magnetic switch threshold of ±40 G, an output current level of 5 to 6.9 mA, and flat temperature coefficient.
