The APS11060 is a vertical Hall-effect switch designed for automotive applications, offering omnipolar sensing with an open-drain output. It operates from 3.3 V to 24 V and supports junction temperatures from -40°C to 165°C. The device includes reverse-battery protection, overvoltage clamping for 40 V load dump compliance, and short-circuit protection. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and developed as an ASIL A safety element out-of-context per ISO 26262. Available in a 3-pin SOT23W surface-mount package (suffix LH), it is packaged on a 13-inch reel for automated assembly.
