The ACS37003KMCATR-085B5 is a fully integrated, 400 kHz current sensor IC in a custom 16-pin SOICW surface-mount package, designed for industrial applications requiring high isolation and low power loss. It features a 265 μΩ internal conductor resistance, differential Hall sensing to reject external magnetic interference, and 5 kV RMS isolation rated for 1144 V RMS and 572 V RMS reinforced working voltages. The device operates from -40°C to 125°C with a ±85 A continuous current range and provides 25 mV/A sensitivity with a 2.5 V output offset at 5 V supply. It is factory-trimmed for accuracy, with a total output error of ±1.3% over temperature and 1.1 μs response time. The package is RoHS compliant and meets UL 62368-1.
