The A6861 is an automotive 3-phase isolator MOSFET driver designed for safety-critical systems requiring ASIL compliance, with three independent floating gate drives for N-channel MOSFETs in solid-state relay applications. It operates from a 4.5 to 50 V supply voltage and supports continuous operation at up to 150°C ambient temperature with a 165°C junction limit. The device is packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP with an exposed thermal pad measuring 4.4 mm by 5 mm, and includes an integrated charge pump to maintain gate drive above 7.5 V down to 4.5 V battery voltage. It is qualified as an A2-SIL™ product for safety-critical automotive systems.
