The A4910 is an automotive 3-phase MOSFET driver designed for N-channel external power MOSFETs in applications such as electronic power steering and engine cooling fans. It is supplied in a 48-pin LQFP package with an exposed thermal pad, measuring 7 mm × 7 mm with a nominal height of 1.6 mm. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 5.5 to 50 V and supports 3.3 to 5 V logic levels. Integrated 3-phase current sense amplifiers with below-ground common-mode range and comprehensive diagnostics for undervoltage, overtemperature, and power bridge faults are included. Cross-conduction protection and programmable dead time enhance motor control safety. The part complies with automotive temperature requirements from -40 °C to 150 °C ambient operation.
