The A1102LLHLT-T is a continuous-time unipolar Hall-effect switch designed for automotive and industrial motor commutation applications. It is packaged in a 3-pin SOT23W surface-mount style with a compact, low-profile form factor. The device operates from a 3.8 V to 24 V supply voltage and is rated for an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. It features reverse battery protection, a ±30 V absolute maximum supply voltage rating, and integrated on-chip protection circuitry eliminating the need for external components. The switch has a maximum output saturation voltage of 400 mV at 20 mA load current and a power-on time of 4 µs.
