ToughGard and Ultra*Duct Black perform at air velocities of up to 5,000 fpm (25.4 m/s). Both also perform at maximum internal pressures of ± 2" (51 mm) water gauge, and 250°F (121°C). Duct board products regularly meet the requirements of the following current specifications, standards and codes:
Material Specifications UL181 for Factory Made Air Ducts and Air Connectors, Class 1 Rigid. Closure systems must meet the requirements of UL 181A.
