h-old PS.249 is a polyester film and glass filament adhesive tape designed for applications requiring high tensile strength and excellent thermal and chemical resistance. The tape features a backing thickness of 0.085 mm and a total thickness of 0.16 mm. It is coated on one side with a pure acrylic adhesive, providing a peel adhesion of 4.00 N/cm on steel and a tensile strength of 380.00 N/cm. The product has a breakdown voltage of 5.00 kV and can withstand short-term temperatures up to 180 ¬8C. It is particularly suitable for use in oil-filled transformers and is effective for outer wrapping and anchoring leads of electrical transformers and coils. The tape has a shelf life of 12 months and is available in a standard length of 50 m and width of 1000 mm.
