AmberClean™ L53H Aqueous Ceramic Cleaner AmberClean™ L53H is a biodegradable, aqueous cleaner which does not contain hazardous materials. It is specifically formulated to flush and disperse ceramic, silicon and other slicing and lapping fines from substrate surfaces. AmberClean L53H also emulsifies and removes oil residues such as those left by slicing coolants and wire saw slurries. Additionally, the surfactant technology employed by AmberClean L53H is designed to cut through and remove aluminum oxide, diamond silicon carbide, and cerium oxide, as well as other process residues without harming delicate ceramic, glass or silicon substrates. A 5% solution of AmberClean L53H effectively lowers surface tension to <30 dynes/cm.
