CHR¬Æ 2915-7 is a heat-resistant fiberglass cloth backing coated tape designed for high-temperature applications. It features a silicone adhesive that provides strong adhesion and excellent temperature resistance, capable of withstanding continuous temperatures up to 260¬8C. The tape is abrasion-resistant and offers maximum solvent resistance, making it suitable for demanding environments. With a total thickness of 0.178 mm (7 mil), CHR 2915-7 meets MIL-I-19166C U.S. Government specifications, ensuring reliability in various applications. It is available in master rolls of 33 m vó 584 mm (36 yd vó 23 in) and can be slit to desired widths ranging from 6.35 mm to 584 mm (0.25 in to 23 in). This product is versatile, suitable for electrical maintenance, high-temperature splicing, protective wrapping for wires and cables, and as a masking tape for welding stainless steel.
