The UMH9N FHA is a dual NPN digital transistor in a UMT6 (SOT-363) package, integrating two built-in bias resistors for use in inverter, interface, and driver applications. Each transistor has a maximum collector current of 100 mA and a supply voltage rating of 50 V, with a total power dissipation of 150 mW. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use. The input resistance ratio R2/R1 ranges from 3.7 to 5.7, and the DC current gain is at least 68 at 5 mA collector current. The package enables automated mounting and reduces mounting area by half.
Devices integrating two transistors are available in ultra-compact packages, suitable for various applications such as pre-amplifier differential amplification circuits, high-frequency oscillators, driver ICs and so forth.
