N-channel 40V power MOSFET in a TO-220FM package, rated for continuous drain current of ±70A at 25°C and pulsed drain current of ±400A, with a maximum on-resistance of 3.0mΩ at VGS=10V and ID=70A. It dissipates up to 52W and has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 2.4°C/W. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and features 100% Rg and UIS testing. Operating junction and storage temperature range is from -55°C to +150°C.
