The RGPR20NL43HR is a 430V, 20A ignition IGBT in the LPDL (TO-263L) package, designed for automotive ignition coil and solenoid driver circuits. It features a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.6V (typical) at 10A and 25°C, and a single-pulse avalanche energy of 250mJ at 25°C, increasing to 150mJ at 150°C. Built-in gate-emitter protection diode and resistance are included. It operates from -40°C to +175°C junction temperature, meets AEC-Q101 qualification, and is RoHS compliant. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.80°C/W.
