RGCL80TS60
The RGCL80TS60 is a 600V, 40A field stop trench IGBT in a TO-247GE package, designed for partial switching, PFC, and brake inverter applications. It has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.4V at 25°C and 1.6V at 175°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 74W at 100°C case temperature. The device operates with a junction temperature range of -40°C to +175°C and meets RoHS compliance. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.01°C/W. The IGBT features low saturation voltage and soft switching, with a gate-emitter threshold voltage of 4.5V to 6.5V. It is supplied in a tube packaging with a basic ordering unit of 600 units.
