RGCL60TK60
RGCL60TK60 is a 600V, 18A (at 100°C) TO-3PFM-mounted field stop trench IGBT designed for partial switching PFC, discharge circuits, and inverter brake applications. It has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.4V (typ.) at 30A and 25°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 54W at 25°C and 27W at 100°C. The junction temperature operates from -40°C to +175°C, and the device is RoHS compliant. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.77°C/W. It meets AEC-Q200 and UL 94 V-0 standards. The device is supplied in tube packaging with a basic ordering unit of 450 pieces.
