2-digit displays are available in packages of character height 7.62mm, 10.16mm, 13mm and 14.3mm. 2-digit displays in package of character height 14.3mm are available featuring AlGaInP-die type to meet the market needs of high-brightness/low current consumption,as well blue-color emission type in lineup.
The LB-603 series were designed to meet the need for multi-digit numeric displays. LB-603VF use GaAsP on GaP (red) for the emitting material and are housed in an epoxy resin package. They are three-digit displays with a character height of 14.3mm.
