The KXUD9 is a low-power, tri-axis accelerometer with either I2C or SPI communication protocols, a user-definable low-pass filter and embedded motion wake-up. The KXUD9 offers user-selectable g-ranges of ±2g, ±4g or ±8g and an auxiliary input for A/D conversion. It is delivered in a 3 x 3 x 0.9 mm, 10-pin, LGA package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The KXUD9 operates from a 1.8 V to 3.6 V DC supply.
Not Recommended for New Designs.
The KXUD9 series of linear accelerometers and inclinometers is designed to provide flexibility. These sensors can accept supply voltages between 1.8V and 3.6V. Sensitivity is user selectable at 2g, 4g, 6g, and 8g. Several user-programmable internal low pass filters eliminate the need for external filter capacitors. The auxiliary input provides access to the embedded A/D converter. These high-performance silicon-micromachine
