The EMZ51 is a dual transistor module integrating an NPN and PNP transistor in a SOT-563 package, designed for switching and LED driver applications. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of ±20 V and a collector current rating of ±200 mA. The total power dissipation is 150 mW, with no more than 120 mW per element. The device features independent transistor elements, reducing mounting area and cost. It operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and meets RoHS compliance.
