The EMT52 is a dual PNP transistor package containing two independent 2SAR523 transistors in an SOT-563 surface-mount package. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -50 V, a collector current rating of -100 mA, and a power dissipation limit of 150 mW per element. The junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. The package dimensions are 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm. It is rated for switching and LED driver applications and meets RoHS compliance. The device has a DC current gain (hFE) range of 120 to 560 at IC = -1 mA and VCE = -6 V, and a transition frequency of 300 MHz. Collector-emitter saturation voltage is specified up to -400 mV at IC = -50 mA and IB = -5 mA.
