The EMT51 is a dual PNP transistor in a SOT-563 package designed for switching and LED driver applications. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -20 V, a collector current rating of -200 mA, and a power dissipation limit of 150 mW per element. The device features independent transistor elements to eliminate interface issues, reducing mounting cost and area. The junction temperature ranges from -55 °C to +150 °C. The SOT-563 package measures 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm. It meets RoHS compliance and is taping reel packaged with 8000 units per reel.
