The EMT1 is a dual PNP transistor in an EMT6 package, designed for general-purpose small signal amplification. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -50 V and a collector current rating of -150 mA, with a total power dissipation of 150 mW. It meets the industry standard for lead-free processing and is rated for a junction temperature of up to 150 ℃. The package dimensions conform to the EMT6 format.
