The EMH75 is a dual NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors in an SOT-563 (EMT6) package. Each transistor supports a maximum collector current of 100 mA and a supply voltage of 50 V, with a total power dissipation limit of 150 mW. The input resistors are rated at 4.7 kΩ and 47 kΩ, with a resistance ratio of 8 to 12. The package is designed for automated mounting and reduces board space and mounting costs by integrating two independent transistor elements. The junction temperature range is -55 °C to +150 °C, and it is suited for switching, inverter, and interface circuits.
