EMH60 is a dual NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors in an SOT-563 (EMT6) package, designed for switching, inverter, interface, and driver circuits. Each of the two independent transistor elements has a maximum collector current of 100 mA, a supply voltage rating of 50 V, and a total power dissipation limit of 150 mW, with no more than 120 mW per element. The built-in input resistors are rated at 2.2 kΩ and 47 kΩ with a ratio of 17 to 26. The device supports automatic surface-mount assembly and operates with a junction temperature range from -55°C to 150°C. It complies with RoHS standards.
