EMH59 is a dual NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors in an SOT-563 package, designed for switching, inverter, and interface circuits. Each transistor element is independent, and the device supports automatic mounting via EMT3 machines. The part has a maximum collector current of 100 mA, a supply voltage rating of 50 V, and a power dissipation limit of 150 mW. Input resistance is specified as 7 to 13 kΩ, with a resistance ratio between R2 and R1 of 3.7 to 5.7. The junction temperature range is -55 to 150 °C. Reel packaging is 180 mm with 8 mm tape width and 8000 pieces per reel.
