The EMG4 is a dual NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors in an SOT-553 package, designed for applications such as inverters, interfaces, and drivers. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 50 V and a collector current of 100 mA, with a total power dissipation of 150 mW. The device features an input resistance of 7 to 13 kΩ and a DC current gain ranging from 100 to 600.
