EMB52 is a dual PNP digital transistor with built-in bias resistors in an SOT-563 (EMT6) package, designed for switching, inverter, interface, and driver circuits. Each transistor has a maximum collector current of 100 mA and a supply voltage rating of -50 V. Power dissipation is rated at 150 mW per device, with each element limited to 120 mW. Input resistance is 47 kΩ, and the DC current gain is a minimum of 80 at -10 V and -5 mA. The junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C, and the device is compatible with automatic mounting systems. The package measures 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm and is supplied on a tape-and-reel with 8 mm tape width and 180 mm reel diameter, in 8000-piece quantities.
