The EMA4 is a dual digital transistor with integrated bias resistors in an SOT-553 package, designed for applications such as inverters, interfaces, and drivers. Each of the two transistors has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -50 V, a collector current of -100 mA, and a total power dissipation of 150 mW. The device features an input resistance of 7 to 13 kΩ, a DC current gain of 100 to 600, and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 300 mV at I_C = -10 mA and I_B = -1 mA. The junction temperature ranges from -55 to 150 °C. The package measures 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm and is supplied in 8 mm wide tape reels of 8,000 units per reel.
