The DTC144GUA is an NPN digital transistor with a built-in bias resistor, housed in an SOT-323 (UMT3) package. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 50 V, a collector current of 100 mA, and a power dissipation of 200 mW. The built-in emitter-base resistance is 47 kΩ, with a DC current gain of at least 68 at 5 mA collector current and 5 V collector-emitter voltage. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is no more than 300 mV at 10 mA collector current and 0.5 mA base current. The device operates with a junction temperature up to 150 °C and meets RoHS compliance. Complementary PNP types are available in the DTA144G series.
