The DTA144TM is a PNP digital transistor with built-in bias resistors, designed for inverter, interface, and driver circuits. It is packaged in an SOT-723 (VMT3) case with dimensions of 1.2 mm × 1.2 mm. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -50 V, a collector current rating of -100 mA, and a power dissipation of 150 mW. The built-in input resistance is 47 kΩ.
