DTA114TKA is a PNP digital transistor with built-in bias resistors, designed for inverter, interface, and driver applications. It is packaged in the SOT-346 package measuring 2.9 × 2.8 mm. The device has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -50 V, a collector current rating of -100 mA, and a power dissipation of 200 mW. The input resistance is 7 to 13 kΩ, and the collector-emitter saturation voltage is ≤300 mV at -10 mA collector current and -1 mA base current.
