BM63767S-VC is a 600V Intelligent Power Module (IPM) designed for high-speed switching applications, capable of handling up to 30A. It integrates gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, IGBTs, and flywheel diodes, making it suitable for three-phase DC/AC inverter applications. The module features a low-side IGBT open emitter configuration and includes built-in protection mechanisms such as short circuit current protection, thermal shutdown, and under-voltage lockout for both high-side and low-side drivers. The operating temperature range is from -25¬8C to +100¬8C, with a maximum junction temperature of 150¬8C. The module is UL recognized and is intended for use in motor control applications, including washing machines and fans, operating with AC voltages from 100 to 240Vrms. The compact HSDIP25 package measures 38.0mm x 24.0mm x 3.5mm.
