The BD4832G is a high accuracy voltage detector IC from ROHM Semiconductor, designed to operate at a detection voltage of 3.2V. It features an ultra-low current consumption of 0.9OºA (typical) and offers high accuracy with a detection voltage tolerance of ¬±1.0%. The device is suitable for applications requiring reset functions in microcontroller or logic circuits. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40¬8C to +105¬8C and is available in compact packages, including SSOP5 and SSOP3, which are similar to SOT-23-5 and SOT-23-3 respectively. The BD4832G is part of a series that includes both N-channel open drain and CMOS output types, allowing for flexibility in design.
ROHM CMOS reset ICs provide low current consumption and high accuracy. The extensive lineup includes both Nch Open Drain and CMOS output types in a wide range of detection voltages (from 2.3V to 6.0V, in 0.1V steps), enabling selection of the ideal solution based on customer requirements. In addition, the entire series is of course both lead-free and RoHS-compliant.
