The IBP600 is a blower purge desiccant compressed air dryer rated for 600 SCFM at 100 psig and 100°F inlet conditions, delivering a -40°F (-40°C) pressure dewpoint. It uses a dedicated axial blower for regeneration instead of purge air, achieving 100% air efficiency. The unit includes a 4 HP blower, a 12 kW heater operating at 7.7 kW average power, and is equipped with a 2" NPT inlet/outlet connection. Dimensions are 108" H x 55" W x 60" D, with a weight of 2,200 lb. Filtration is provided by the PCS16001 prefilter element. It complies with CAGI Standard ADF 200 for dual-tower regenerative desiccant dryers and meets ISO 8573.1 Class 2 dewpoint performance.
