Rochester Electronics PMIC - Supervisors TLC7703ID

The TLC7703ID is a micropower supply voltage supervisor designed for use in microcomputer and microprocessor systems. It features a power-on reset generator that asserts a reset signal when the supply voltage (V_DD) reaches 1V, ensuring system stability during power-up. The device monitors the SENSE voltage and maintains the reset output active until the SENSE voltage exceeds a predefined threshold, with a programmable delay time determined by an external capacitor. This supervisor operates within a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V and has a maximum supply current of 16 ¬µA, making it suitable for low-power applications. It supports power-down control for static RAM with battery backup, enhancing reliability during power failures. The TLC7703ID is characterized for operation over a temperature range of -40¬8C to 85¬8C, and it is available in a compact 3x3 mm DRB package, which is also suitable for medical imaging applications.
