Rochester Electronics PMIC - Voltage Reference TL1431CD

The TL1431CD is a precision programmable voltage reference from Lingto Electronic Limited, featuring an initial voltage tolerance of 0.4% and a typical output impedance of 0.2 Oc. It supports adjustable output voltages ranging from approximately 2.5 V to 36 V, making it suitable for various applications such as adjustable voltage and current referencing, secondary side regulation in flyback switch-mode power supplies, and voltage monitoring. The device is characterized for operation within a commercial temperature range of 0¬8C to 70¬8C and has a fast turn-on time of 500 ns. It can sink current from 1 mA to 100 mA and is designed to replace Zener diodes in onboard regulation and adjustable power supply applications. The TL1431CD is available in an 8-pin SOIC package.
