The SY898530UTZ is a 1:16 fanout buffer designed for high-performance clock distribution applications. It features 16 differential LVPECL outputs and accepts a variety of differential input logic levels, including LVDS, LVPECL, LVHSTL, SSTL, and HCSL. The device can translate single-ended input signals to 2.5V or 3.3V LVPECL levels with a resistor bias on the /CLK input. With a maximum output frequency of 500MHz, the SY898530UTZ offers low output skew of less than 50ps and part-to-part skew of less than 250ps, along with a propagation delay of less than 2ns. It operates from a 3.3V core supply and can output at either 2.5V or 3.3V, making it versatile for various applications.
