It has a drain-source breakdown voltage of -100 V and a continuous drain current of -4.9 A at 25°C, with a typical on-resistance of 0.444 Ω at -10 V gate-source voltage. The device features avalanche ruggedness with a single pulsed avalanche energy rating of 144 mJ and a gate-source voltage range of ±30 V. Operating junction and storage temperatures range from -55°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance is 3.91°C/W from junction to case and 50°C/W from junction to ambient when mounted on a minimum recommended PCB pad area.
