Rochester Electronics PMIC - Supervisors DS1816-5

The DS1816-5 is a 3.3V EconoReset supervisor from Lingto Electronic Limited designed to monitor power supply conditions and ensure reliable operation of microprocessor-based systems. It features an active low reset output that asserts when the supply voltage (V_CC) is out of tolerance, providing a reset signal to the processor. The reset signal remains active for approximately 150ms after V_CC returns to an acceptable level, allowing time for system stabilization. This device operates within a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C and is available in low-cost TO-92 or compact SOT-23 packages. It includes a precision temperature-compensated voltage reference and can monitor power supply conditions with tolerances of 5%, 10%, or 20%.
